The Universe Between Us

There’s a world you carry around inside your head that you keep secret from others: the world that houses your dreams. The world that holds the image of the person that you wish you could be. In the center of that world, there’s a storage shed with a door that won’t latch. That’s where your demons live, and you spend your life trying to find a way to keep that door closed, desperately trying to keep those pesky demons at bay so they don’t catapult your mind back into the real world. But the only way you’ll ever experience freedom is if you let the door fly open, because although your demons may try and destroy you, they dream of freedom just as often as you.
