Dip into the waters. Cleanse your feet of the burn and eradicate the layers of loathing that have stamped their way with you along the course you have stumbled. Find yourself cooling down in calming waters, as the breeze brushes brilliantly on your brow. You release a deep breath and feel alleviated. You look up, and see someone emerging from the waters. Not a friend, nor a foe. She walks closer and holds the most dazzling smile. Her eyes glimmer off the lake's bed. A shiver of awe drills itself through your spine as your chest gets stuffy and your hands begin perspiring faster. She laughs as she comes an arms lengths away, and introduces herself as Tash. She splashes you. You cannot react. You sit there, accepting the cold waters embrace. She takes your hand and pulls you up - assuring you she's of no malicious intent. You oblige and stand next to her - still stunned. She pushes you playfully backward as you fall into the water and become fully immersed in the lake. You are now awake. The challenge is on. Time to play cat and mouse.
