Artist Spotlight: Toma Kezic

"I am Toma Kezić, an 18 year old photographer from Croatia.

That’s enough about me.

There has always been this notion that photography is meant to be seen rather than felt. This persuasion of beauty that grabs our attention by capturing things that are meant to be seen as “beautiful”, rather than creating beauty from it’s core elements (such as the golden ratio, balance etc.), rather enveloping the ideas that make what beautiful is. The ideas that consequently make us feel something, inducing us to do the same. I think photography is about that, about creating art that is meant to be felt, not seen."
